A few of my favorite paid places are listed below and you'll want to get these right away if you have a budget for your advertising. These are all list builders and they allow you to email their list of people at a certain frequency. These are very responsive but do not join them unless you can afford do the pro upgrades and they only give you the 'ONE TIME OFFER' (which is usually cheaper), once when you first login. The free accounts are almost useless but they still work a little. Join one a month or whenever you can. At some point this would be a great place to reinvest some of your profits:
